Caterpillar Announces Transmissions and Power Systems for the Oil & Gas Industry

Caterpillar has announced a line of diesel power units packaged specifically for well servicing applications within the oil and gas industry. Customers will be offered Cat® Transmissions and/or Power Systems (engine, transmission, electronic & electrical system controls, cooling package). Both offerings are comprised of Cat products already utilized in the petroleum business segment but packaged for application flexibility and single point of service.
